Requirements

Professional background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or similar capacity.
Strong product sense with the capability to simplify intricate workflows.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-launch learning.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High ownership and the capacity to drive work with minimal guidance.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Poland.
