Key Responsibilities

Own product areas spanning financial services such as investing, savings, payments, insurance, and travel.
Establish user problems, product scope, metrics for success, roadmaps, and release plans.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Transform intricate financial tools into straightforward, accessible customer pathways.
Analyze metrics, feedback, research, and production issues to refine product choices.
Release new capabilities, monitor their output, and guide subsequent iterations.
Balance priorities between development speed, user experience, business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational demands.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or related capacity.
Robust product intuition and capability to streamline intricate workflows.
Capacity to partner alongside engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-release learning.
Strong written communication, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
High sense of ownership with the ability to advance tasks with minimal oversight.
Fluency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Germany.
