This role suits experienced product builders based in the Netherlands who want to drive AI stockbroking initiatives and financial applications. The position is a full-time remote opportunity based in the Netherlands with BJAK.

Role Overview

BJAK seeks product managers to take ownership of product areas within the AI Stockbroking division. The professional in this position will define product direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, launch quickly, and continuously iterate based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas spanning investing, savings, payments, insurance, travel, and related financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, metrics, roadmaps, and release plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify complex financial offerings into intuitive customer journeys.
Leverage data, feedback, research, and production insights to refine product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and execute ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational overhead.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or comparable capacity.
Demonstrated product sense with the ability to streamline complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously with limited direction.
Current residency in the Netherlands.
Proficiency in English for global team communication.
