Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Manager to take ownership of product areas within AI Stockbroking in Hong Kong. The position requires a builder who comprehends user needs, sets product direction, collaborates with engineering and design teams, deploys features rapidly, and continuously enhances products following release.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Convert intricate financial products into straightforward and accessible customer journeys.
Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production issues to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or equivalent function.
Demonstrated product sense and capability to streamline complex workflows.
Capacity to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to deliver actual products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch evaluation.
Effective writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
High sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks with minimal supervision.
Residency in Hong Kong.
Proficiency in English for daily communication.

Nice to Have

Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products.
