Utilize data, research, user feedback, and production feedback to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs regarding speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or product operator.
Strong product intuition with the ability to streamline complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch evaluation.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership capacity to drive projects with minimal guidance.
Mandatory residency in Sweden.
Strong proficiency in English.
