Role Overview

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and related financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, metrics for success, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify intricate financial offerings into clear customer journeys.
Utilize analytics, user research, feedback, and production insights to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and execute iterative improvements.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business value, compliance, and operational overhead.

Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth and product operator.
Demonstrated product sense with the ability to streamline complex workflows.
Capacity to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user experiments, feedback loops, and post-launch evaluation.
Proficiency in writing, task prioritization, and stakeholder management.
High sense of ownership and the ability to execute autonomously with minimal oversight.
