Role Overview

BJAK is seeking product managers to take ownership of specific product domains within the company's AI Neobank application. The position involves understanding target users, shaping product direction, collaborating closely with design and engineering departments, executing rapid product launches, and continuously refining features following release.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of designated product areas spanning payments, savings, insurance, investing, travel, or alternative financial services.
Establish product scope, user problems, roadmaps, success metrics, and launch strategies.
Collaborate alongside engineering, design, data, compliance, operations, and business units.
Simplify intricate financial services into straightforward customer interactions.
Utilize user feedback, data, production challenges, and research to inform product decisions.
Release features, track operational performance, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving business impact, user experience, speed, operational complexity, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, product operator, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or in a comparable capacity.
Demonstrated product sense paired with the capacity to streamline complex workflows.
Experience collaborating alongside designers and engineers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity utilizing metrics, experiments, user feedback, and post-launch learnings.
Strong prioritization, writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
High sense of ownership and capability to drive execution with minimal oversight.
Strong English communication skills, as English serves as the primary working language.
Current residency in Indonesia, as the role is remote within this specific market.
