Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of designated product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.

Collaborate directly with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify complex financial offerings into accessible customer journeys.
Analyze data, user feedback, research findings, and production challenges to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business value, compliance, and operational constraints.

Requirements

Professional background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or a comparable function.
Strong product intuition with the capability to simplify intricate workflows.
Demonstrated ability to partner with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback loops, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing abilities, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capability.
High degree of ownership with the capacity to drive initiatives independently under minimal guidance.
Proficiency in English for daily communication across global teams.
Mandatory residency in the Netherlands.
