Role Overview

Translate intricate financial products into straightforward customer journeys.
Utilize user feedback, analytics, research, and production insights to guide product choices.
Release features, track performance, and execute ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business results, compliance, and operational constraints.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or similar capacity.
Strong product intuition and capability to streamline intricate workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Proficiency in written communication, prioritization, and managing stakeholders.
High sense of ownership and ability to execute tasks with minimal direction.
Proficiency in the English language.
Current residency in Portugal.
