Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or equivalent function.
Solid product intuition with the capacity to simplify complicated workflows.
Capability to partner with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Advanced writing, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
High level of ownership and independence in driving tasks forward with minimal direction.
Proficiency in English for communication across international teams based in Austria.
Current residency in Austria.
