Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Manager for AI Investing to lead product areas in the Chinese market. The position focuses on shaping product direction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and launching financial applications rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, metrics, roadmaps, and release plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify intricate financial systems into clear customer journeys.
Analyze data, user feedback, research, and production issues to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and execute iterative improvements.
Balance speed, user experience, business value, compliance, and operational factors.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a related function.
Strong product intuition for simplifying complicated workflows.
Ability to partner alongside engineers and designers to deliver operational products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High ownership mindset with the capacity to drive initiatives independently.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in China.
