Balance priorities between release velocity, user experience, business value, regulatory compliance, and operational overhead.

Requirements

Background working as a product manager, product owner, founder, growth or product operator, or a similar capacity.
Demonstrated product intuition with the ability to streamline complicated processes.
Capability to partner alongside software engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity utilizing metrics, customer feedback, experimentation, and post-release insights.
Strong written communication skills, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management capability.
High sense of ownership and capacity to execute tasks autonomously.
Proficiency in the English language.
Current residency in Poland.
