Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Lead for its AI Stockbroking division located in Seoul, Korea. The position involves steering major product areas and owning strategic direction, execution quality, and outcomes across multiple squads.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product strategy for primary AI Stockbroking domains.
Establish product roadmaps, success metrics, priorities, and standards across multiple features and squads.
Direct engineers, designers, product managers, and product owners toward effective execution.
Collaborate across various financial services including insurance, savings, investing, payments, and travel.
Translate operational, business, and regulatory limitations into practical product choices.
Manage launch standards, post-launch analysis, and ongoing product enhancement.
Cultivate a product environment centered on user value, transparency, speed, and objective measurement.

Requirements

Extensive background in steering digital product divisions rather than isolated features.
Ability to harmonize business results, engineering, data, user experience, strategy, and execution.
Sound decision-making regarding trade-offs, sequencing, and prioritization.
Capability to navigate high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder expectations.
Skill in distilling complicated financial offerings into accessible user flows.
Proficiency in English for global team communication.
Mandatory residency in South Korea.

Nice to Have

Background in mentoring or guiding cross-functional squads, product managers, or product owners.
