Key Responsibilities

Direct product strategy for major AI Stockbroking segments across multiple squads.
Establish roadmaps, priorities, product standards, and success metrics.
Direct product managers, designers, engineers, and product owners toward effective delivery.
Coordinate across financial sectors including insurance, savings, payments, travel, and investments.
Navigate operational, regulatory, and business boundaries to form practical product choices.
Manage launch quality, follow-up learning, and ongoing iterations.
Cultivate a product culture emphasizing velocity, user value, clarity, and genuine measurement.

Requirements

Extensive background in steering digital product areas rather than isolated features.
Ability to balance engineering, UX, data, business metrics, and overall strategy.
Sound judgment regarding prioritization, sequencing, and strategic trade-offs.
Capacity to manage high ambiguity, rapid changes, and stakeholder expectations.
Skill in translating complex financial services into accessible user experiences.
Strong English communication abilities for collaboration across global teams.
Current residency in Australia.
