Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Lead to shape and drive major product areas within its AI Neobank app. The professional in this position will own direction, execution, product quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams and squads. The working language for the global teams is English.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product direction for major areas within the AI Neobank application.
Establish priorities, product roadmaps, quality standards, and success metrics across features and squads.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward effective execution.
Handle multiple financial domains including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Translate regulatory, operational, and business limitations into actionable product choices.
Manage launch quality, gather post-launch learnings, and oversee continuous product improvement.
Cultivate a product culture centered on speed, clarity, user value, and accurate measurement.

Requirements

Extensive background in leading digital product areas rather than just individual features.
Ability to balance strategy, execution, user experience, data, engineering, and business results.
Strong decision-making skills regarding prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.
Capability to simplify complex financial products into accessible user journeys.
High comfort level with ambiguity, rapid changes, and pressure from senior stakeholders.
Must be based in Korea.
Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience leading or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional squads.
Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or regulated products.
