Role Overview

BJAK is hiring Product Leads to shape and drive major product areas within the company's AI Neobank app. The position requires senior product builders who can own direction, execution, product quality, and outcomes across multiple squads or workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the product roadmap for major AI Neobank application areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Define priorities, product standards, metrics, and strategy across multiple features and squads.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward effective execution.
Translate operational, business, and regulatory limitations into practical product choices.
Manage launch quality, ongoing learning, and iteration.
Foster a product culture emphasizing clarity, speed, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

Extensive background leading digital product areas rather than individual features.
Capability to balance user experience, business outcomes, data, engineering, strategy, and execution.
Sound judgment regarding product sequencing, trade-offs, and prioritization.
Comfort managing high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder pressure.
Ability to transform complex financial offerings into straightforward user journeys.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Vietnam.

Nice to Have

Background leading or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional teams.
Experience working in regulated products, fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer applications.
