Key Responsibilities

Direct product pathways for key areas within the AI Neobank application.
Establish roadmaps, priorities, product standards, and success metrics across multiple squads.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward efficient execution.
Handle initiatives spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
Translate business, regulatory, and operational limitations into actionable product choices.
Oversee launch quality, post-launch analysis, and continuous product enhancement.
Foster a product culture centered on speed, user value, clarity, and objective measurement.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of leading digital product areas instead of single features.
Ability to balance strategy, business outcomes, engineering, data, and user experience.
Sound judgment regarding product sequencing, trade-offs, and prioritization.
Comfort working through high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder expectations.
Capacity to simplify intricate financial offerings into accessible user journeys.
Fluency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Germany.
