Key Responsibilities

Direct product direction for major areas within the AI Neobank application.
Establish priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple squads.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward effective execution.
Handle multiple financial sectors including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Navigate business, operational, and regulatory constraints to make practical product choices.
Manage launch quality, post-launch learning, and ongoing product refinement.
Shape a product culture centered on clarity, speed, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in leading digital product areas rather than standalone features.
Ability to balance business outcomes, user experience, data, strategy, and engineering.
Sound judgment regarding prioritization, product sequencing, and trade-offs.
Capacity to manage high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder expectations.
Skill in translating complex financial offerings into user-friendly journeys.
