Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Lead to guide major product areas within its AI Neobank app. The professional will own direction, execution, quality, and outcomes across multiple squads and workstreams in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product pathways for primary areas of the AI Neobank application.
Establish roadmaps, success metrics, priorities, and quality standards across squads and features.
Direct engineers, designers, product owners, and product managers toward efficient delivery.
Manage financial services spanning insurance, investments, savings, payments, and travel.
Translate business, regulatory, and operational limitations into realistic product choices.
Oversee launch standards, continuous enhancements, and post-launch insights.
Establish a product culture emphasizing speed, user value, transparency, and accurate metrics.

Requirements

Background in managing entire digital product areas rather than isolated features.
Capacity to balance business results, user experience, data, engineering, and strategy.
Sound decision-making regarding trade-offs, sequencing, and prioritization.
Capability to handle high ambiguity, rapid adjustments, and stakeholder expectations.
Skill in distilling complicated financial offerings into accessible user journeys.
Residency in Indonesia.
Proficiency in English communication.

Nice to Have

Background managing or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional teams.
Experience within fintech, payments, insurance, consumer applications, or regulated industries.
