Monitor launch quality, gather post-launch insights, and manage continuous iteration
Cultivate a product culture centered on velocity, user value, and accurate measurement

Requirements

Extensive background leading entire digital product areas rather than isolated features
Ability to integrate strategy, user experience, data, engineering, and business results
Skill in prioritization, sequencing, and evaluating trade-offs
Capability to handle high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder expectations
Skill in transforming complex financial offerings into accessible user journeys
Current residency in Poland
Professional proficiency in English communication
