Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Lead to guide major product divisions within its AI Investing sector. The professional will direct strategy, roadmap definition, and product standards across various cross-functional squads.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product trajectories for primary AI Investing segments.
Establish priorities, roadmaps, standards, and success metrics for multiple squads.
Direct product managers, owners, designers, and software engineers toward efficient delivery.
Collaborate across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Translate operational, regulatory, and business limitations into actionable product choices.
Oversee launch quality, post-launch analysis, and ongoing enhancement.
Foster a product environment centered on velocity, transparency, and user value.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in directing entire digital product areas rather than isolated features.
Capability to balance strategic planning, execution, user experience, data analysis, and business goals.
Sound judgment regarding prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs.
Comfort operating within high ambiguity and rapid changes.
Ability to distill intricate financial offerings into straightforward user journeys.
Professional proficiency in English communication.
Current residency in Vietnam.

Nice to Have

Background in guiding or mentoring product managers, product owners, or multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working in fintech, consumer applications, insurance, payments, or heavily regulated sectors.
