Key Responsibilities

Direct product strategy and oversee major functional areas within AI Investing.
Establish product roadmaps, success metrics, priorities, and standards across various squads.
Direct product managers, designers, engineers, and product owners toward efficient execution.
Collaborate on various financial domains, including insurance, travel, savings, and payments.
Translate regulatory, business, and operational limitations into actionable product choices.
Oversee launch quality and post-launch analysis to ensure continuous iteration and improvement.
Foster an internal product culture centered on transparency, speed, and real user value.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of leading entire digital product areas rather than isolated features.
Ability to balance business results, user experience, data analytics, and engineering constraints.
Strong decision-making skills regarding prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs.
Capacity to navigate high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder expectations.
Ability to distill complex financial services into straightforward user journeys.
Residency in South Korea with eligibility to work in the designated market.
Professional fluency in English for cross-border team communication.

Nice to Have

Background in mentoring or leading product owners, product managers, or cross-functional teams.
