BJAK is hiring a Product Lead for AI Investing in the Philippines to shape and drive major product domains. The professional will own product direction, execution quality, and results across multiple squads.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product strategy for major areas within AI Investing
Establish roadmaps, priorities, product standards, and success metrics across multiple squads or features
Direct product managers, product owners, engineers, and designers toward precise execution
Collaborate across savings, payments, insurance, investing, travel, and additional financial services
Translate business, operational, and regulatory limitations into pragmatic product choices
Oversee launch quality, post-launch analysis, and ongoing refinement
Cultivate a product culture centered on clarity, speed, user value, and accurate measurement

Requirements

Extensive background leading entire digital product areas rather than standalone features
Capability to balance business outcomes, user experience, data, engineering, strategy, and execution
Sound judgment regarding prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs
Comfort operating amid high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder pressure
Ability to distill complex financial offerings into user-friendly journeys
Strong English communication skills
Residency in the Philippines

Nice to Have

Experience leading or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional squads
Background in fintech, insurance, consumer apps, payments, or regulated products
