Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Lead for AI Investing to own product direction, execution, quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams. The position requires guiding product managers, designers, and engineers while turning business and regulatory constraints into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Direct major product areas within the AI Investing division.
Establish roadmaps, priorities, product standards, and success metrics across squads.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward execution.
Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
Translate operational, regulatory, and business limitations into clear product choices.
Oversee launch quality, post-launch analysis, and ongoing product enhancements.
Foster a product culture emphasizing speed, user value, and accurate measurement.

Requirements

Extensive background leading digital product areas rather than individual features.
Capability to balance strategy, user experience, data, engineering, and business results.
Strong prioritization, sequencing, and trade-off judgment.
Proficiency with high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder pressure.
Ability to transform complex financial applications into user-friendly experiences.
Residence in Poland.
Professional proficiency in English communication.

Nice to Have

Experience leading or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional squads.
