Key Responsibilities

Direct product strategy for major AI Finance application areas
Establish roadmaps, priorities, product standards, and success metrics across features and squads
Direct PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
Build solutions across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services
Translate business, operational, and regulatory constraints into practical choices
Oversee launch quality, post-launch analysis, and continuous product iteration
Establish a product culture centered on speed, user value, clarity, and metrics

Requirements

Extensive background leading entire digital product areas rather than single features
Ability to balance execution, strategy, user experience, data, engineering, and business results
Sound judgment regarding product sequencing, trade-offs, and prioritization
Capability to simplify intricate financial products into functional user journeys
Proficiency in managing high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder pressure
Residence in Vietnam
Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience leading or mentoring PMs, Product Owners, or cross-functional squads
Background in fintech, payments, insurance, consumer applications, or regulated products
