Translate business, regulatory, and operational limitations into actionable product choices.
Oversee launch standards, ongoing learning, and post-launch enhancement.
Cultivate a product environment centered on speed, user value, clarity, and transparent tracking.

Requirements

Extensive background in directing digital product domains rather than isolated features.
Capacity to balance engineering, UX, data, strategy, business outcomes, and execution.
Solid decision-making skills regarding product sequencing, trade-offs, and prioritization.
Capability to navigate high ambiguity, rapid adjustments, and senior stakeholder expectations.
Ability to distill complex financial offerings into accessible user journeys.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
