Establish product roadmaps, success metrics, standards, and priorities for multiple features and squads.
Direct engineers, designers, product managers, and product owners toward efficient execution.
Cover various financial services including insurance, savings, investing, payments, and travel.
Translate business, regulatory, and operational limitations into actionable product choices.
Oversee launch quality, iterative learning, and ongoing product enhancement.
Cultivate a product culture centered on clarity, speed, honest measurement, and user value.

Requirements

Extensive background leading entire digital product areas rather than isolated features.
Capability to balance business results, user experience, data, engineering, strategy, and execution.
Solid judgment regarding trade-offs, sequencing, and prioritization.
Ability to operate within high ambiguity, rapid changes, and senior stakeholder pressure.
Skill in transforming complex financial offerings into user-friendly journeys.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Indonesia.
