Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Lead for AI Finance to shape and drive major product areas within the organization. This remote position is open to candidates based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product direction for major AI Finance application areas.
Establish priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple squads.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward effective execution.
Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
Translate regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product choices.
Oversee launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous iteration.
Establish a product culture centered on speed, clarity, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

Background leading digital product areas rather than individual features.
Capability to balance strategy, execution, user experience, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
Judgment regarding prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.
Competence in managing high ambiguity, rapid changes, and stakeholder pressure.
Ability to translate complex financial products into accessible user journeys.
Proficiency in English communication.
Current residency in Germany.

Nice to Have

Experience leading or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional squads.
Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or regulated products.
