Key Responsibilities

Direct product strategy for major AI Finance application areas.
Establish roadmaps, priorities, product standards, and success metrics for multiple features.
Direct product managers, product owners, designers, and engineers toward effective delivery.
Cover various financial sectors such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
Translate operational, business, and regulatory limitations into practical product choices.
Manage launch quality, post-launch reviews, and iterative improvements.
Foster a product culture centered on user value, speed, clarity, and metrics.

Requirements

Extensive background in leading entire digital product areas rather than standalone features.
Capability to balance business outcomes, data, strategy, user experience, and engineering.
Sound judgment regarding product sequencing, trade-offs, and prioritization.
Ability to operate within high ambiguity, fast-paced changes, and stakeholder pressure.
Capacity to translate complex financial services into simple user journeys.
Residency in Thailand.
Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in mentoring or leading cross-functional squads, product managers, and product owners.
Background in consumer apps, fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products.
