Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product area vision, strategy, implementation, and resulting business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers and subject matter experts to build intelligent automation using large language models and agentic systems.
Partner with operational teams to identify where product automation and artificial intelligence can unlock workflow efficiencies.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver innovative experiences.
Monitor business and product performance to prioritize high-leverage opportunities that balance immediate needs with long-term growth.
Manage product roadmaps, team processes, and resource tradeoffs to maintain execution velocity and high quality.
Cultivate strong partnerships across internal product teams, cross-functional groups, and external partners.

Requirements

Bring 5 to 6+ years of product management experience demonstrating a deep understanding of the complete product lifecycle.
Possess strong domain expertise and foundational systems thinking, with an appreciation for operational workflows and execution implications.
