The Product Engineer position is based in McLean, Virginia, operating on a full-time, on-site schedule five days a week. This role involves building turnkey applications and scalable software that deploy instantly on the core AI-Powered Process Automation platform. The position suits technical professionals with foundational engineering experience who want to work alongside senior mentors and grow within a collaborative department.

Key Responsibilities

Write code using React and JavaScript to create high-quality user experiences within complex, configurable applications.
Help design, optimize, and map baseline data structures to support real-time information flow across systems.
Collaborate with senior engineers on third-party integrations, system testing, cloud scaling, and performance optimization.
Take part in code reviews and team learning sessions to adopt best practices and improve technical skills.
Maintain personal accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of sprint assignments.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Between 1 to 5 years of professional or foundational internship experience in software engineering or product development.
Hands-on academic or professional familiarity with React and JavaScript.
Basic understanding of data structures, backend systems, and data mapping.
Introductory knowledge or experience regarding third-party integrations, system testing, or application performance.

Nice to Have

Experience building or customizing multi-tenant SaaS applications or enterprise systems during personal projects or internships.
