Role Overview

The Product Engineer - AI Stockbroking position involves taking ownership of product sectors within the AI stockbroking operations. The professional in this function will shape product direction, collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, and continuously iterate on released features.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas across financial services including investing, payments, savings, insurance, and travel.
Define user problems, product scope, roadmaps, success metrics, and launch plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify complex financial services into user-friendly customer journeys.
Utilize metrics, user feedback, research, and production issues to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and execute iterative improvements.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or comparable role.
Strong product intuition with the ability to streamline intricate workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Proficiency in writing, task prioritization, and stakeholder management.
High sense of ownership and capability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
Residence in the Netherlands.
Strong English communication skills.
