Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Engineer to take charge of product areas within the AI Stockbroking division. The position requires understanding users, shaping product direction, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams, and continuously improving launched features.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and related financial services.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Transform complex financial offerings into streamlined customer journeys.
Utilize analytics, feedback, research, and production insights to refine product decisions.
Deploy features, track performance metrics, and execute iterative updates.
Balance speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense with the capability to simplify intricate workflows.
Track record of collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of ownership and autonomy in driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in English communication.
Current residency in Austria.
