Key Responsibilities

Manage product areas encompassing insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Define user problems, product scope, metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify complex financial products into straightforward customer journeys.
Utilize data, feedback, research, and production insights to refine product strategies.
Release features, track performance, and execute ongoing iterations.
Balance speed, user experience, business results, compliance, and operational factors.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or a similar capacity.
Strong product instincts with the ability to streamline complex workflows.
Capacity to collaborate with software engineers and designers to release functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High level of ownership and autonomy in driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
