Role Overview

Bjakcareer is hiring a Product Engineer to take ownership of product domains within the AI Stockbroking division. The position is based remotely in Australia. Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch strategies.
Collaborate alongside engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Convert intricate financial solutions into straightforward customer journeys.
Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production issues to refine product choices.
Release features, track performance, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational overhead.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense paired with the ability to streamline complex workflows.
Capacity to partner directly with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity utilizing metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch insights.
Strong written communication, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
High degree of ownership and capability to direct work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Mandatory residency in Australia.
Proficiency in English for global team communication.
