Key Responsibilities

Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.

Utilize data, user feedback, research, and production insights to refine product strategies.
Release features, monitor performance metrics, and execute iterative improvements.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational factors.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or similar capacity.
Strong product sense with the ability to streamline complex workflows.
Demonstrated capability to partner with engineers and designers to release live products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Proficiency in writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
High sense of ownership and capability to drive execution with minimal oversight.
