Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert complex financial offerings into simple customer journeys.
Utilize data, feedback, research, and production insights to guide product decisions.
Release features, monitor performance metrics, and drive ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or related function.
Strong product sense with the ability to simplify intricate workflows.
Capacity to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
