Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Engineer for AI Stockbroking to take charge of specific product areas within the financial services platform. The person in this position will define product direction, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, and ensure rapid launches followed by continuous post-release improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and related financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and release plans.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Convert intricate financial offerings into straightforward, user-friendly customer experiences.
Inform product decisions using data, feedback, research, and production insights.
Release features, track performance, and guide iterative updates.
Balance priorities among speed, user experience, business value, regulatory compliance, and operational needs.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or equivalent function.
Sound product intuition with the ability to streamline complicated workflows.
Capacity to partner with software engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback loops, experiments, and post-launch evaluation.
Effective writing skills, strong prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High sense of ownership and capability to execute tasks autonomously with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Indonesia.
