Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Engineer for AI Stockbroking to lead product development initiatives in the Philippines. The position requires a hands-on builder who can define product direction, partner with engineering and design, and drive continuous improvement after release.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Transform complex financial services into straightforward customer journeys.
Analyze data, feedback, research, and production issues to refine product strategy.
Launch new features, track performance metrics, and execute rapid iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving development speed, user experience, business outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, or growth and product operator.
Demonstrated product intuition and the ability to simplify intricate workflows.
Experience partnering with engineering and design personnel to ship functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback loops, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong written communication, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
High sense of ownership with the capacity to execute tasks autonomously.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Residency in the Philippines.
