Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Engineer for its AI Stockbroking initiative in Poland. The position requires a hands-on builder who can understand users, establish product direction, partner with engineering and design teams, and launch features rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Transform complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
Utilize data, user feedback, research, and production insights to guide product decisions.
Release features, monitor ongoing performance, and manage iterative improvements.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Professional background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High sense of ownership with the ability to drive initiatives under limited guidance.
Proficiency in English for daily communication across global teams.
Must be based in Poland.
