Key Responsibilities

Deploy features, track performance, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance tradeoffs concerning speed, user experience, business results, compliance, and operations.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or product operator.
Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex user workflows.
Capacity to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing capabilities, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management.
High level of ownership and capability to direct work independently with minimal direction.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Residency in Austria.
