Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert complex financial offerings into simple and usable customer journeys.
Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to guide product decisions.
Release new features, track performance, and drive continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs concerning speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, product operator, or a similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Capacity to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
Strong writing skills, prioritization capabilities, and stakeholder management.
High ownership mindset and the ability to drive initiatives with limited guidance.
Strong English communication skills for working across global teams.
Must be based in the Netherlands.
