Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Engineer for AI Investing to take ownership of specific product areas within the platform. The successful candidate will guide product direction, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and manage the full lifecycle from launch to post-release improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas across financial services including investing, insurance, payments, savings, and travel.
Determine user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business departments.
Simplify complex financial products into clear customer journeys.
Guide product choices using data, feedback, research, and production insights.
Deploy features, monitor performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance speed, user experience, business results, compliance, and operational factors.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, or growth and product operator.
Strong product instincts with the ability to simplify intricate workflows.
Capacity to partner with engineers and designers to release functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High level of ownership and autonomy to drive tasks with minimal guidance.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Hong Kong.
