Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Convert intricate financial concepts into straightforward customer journeys.
Utilize data, user feedback, research, and production insights to guide product choices.
Release features, track performance, and execute iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational factors.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator.
Strong product sense focused on simplifying complicated workflows.
Capability to collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High sense of ownership and capacity to execute tasks independently.
Proficiency in English communication.
Current residency in Vietnam.
