Role Overview

BJAK hiring a Product Engineer for AI Finance to take ownership of specific product sectors within the organization. The position requires an individual who can analyze user requirements, guide product direction, collaborate with technical and design teams, and iterate rapidly following release.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product segments covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Formulate user challenges, product boundaries, performance indicators, roadmaps, and release strategies.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Translate intricate financial offerings into straightforward, accessible customer experiences.
Utilize analytics, user feedback, research, and production data to refine product strategies.
Release new capabilities, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, commercial value, regulatory compliance, and operational demands.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or comparable position.
Demonstrated product intuition with the capacity to streamline complicated workflows.
Capability to partner alongside engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
Familiarity using metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-release insights.
Solid writing abilities, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management expertise.
High level of accountability and the ability to advance initiatives independently.
Fluency in English for cross-functional communication.
Current residency in the Netherlands.
