Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Engineer to take charge of product areas within the AI Finance division. The professional in this position will shape product direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously refine user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and related financial services.
Establish product scope, user problems, roadmaps, metrics, and launch strategies.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify complicated financial offerings into clear customer journeys.
Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production metrics to guide decisions.
Release features, track performance, and execute subsequent iterations.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business goals, regulatory compliance, and operational needs.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or comparable capacity.
Demonstrated product sense to simplify intricate workflows.
Capacity to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to release live products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High sense of ownership and autonomy with minimal supervision.
English proficiency for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Indonesia.
