Requirements

Background working as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or a comparable position.
Developed product sense with the capability to streamline complicated workflows.
Ability to partner alongside engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback mechanisms, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Proficiency in written communication, task prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
High degree of autonomy and the capacity to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
Strong English communication skills, as English serves as the primary working language.
Current residency in China, as the position requires candidates to be based in that market.
