Key Responsibilities

Manage product areas encompassing insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and release schedules.
Collaborate directly with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify complex financial offerings into accessible customer journeys.
Analyze data, user feedback, research, and production issues to refine product choices.
Release features, track performance, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational requirements.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or product operator.
Demonstrated product intuition with the ability to streamline intricate workflows.
Capacity to collaborate with software engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-launch evaluation.
Strong writing capabilities, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management.
High sense of ownership with the ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction.
Proficiency in English for cross-functional communication.
Current residency in Vietnam.
