Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert intricate financial products into straightforward customer journeys.
Analyze data, user feedback, research, and production issues to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and drive continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs regarding speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense and the capability to simplify complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High ownership mindset with the capacity to drive work under limited guidance.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Hong Kong.
