About this role

This role addresses the need to design and execute the user experience for critical developer-facing interfaces at Deepgram. The team builds the foundational platforms, Playground and Console, which serve as the initial entry points for developers interacting with Deepgram's voice AI APIs. The goal is to ensure these first impressions are highly effective, as they represent the product for many users.

The Product Designer will be responsible for taking defined feature work from concept through to final production, collaborating closely with senior designers and supporting them on complex tasks. This position exists to provide design coverage across various product surfaces, allowing designers to focus on high-level problems while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution on detailed features.

Success in this role requires an AI-first mindset, as the team operates at a rapid pace, constantly experimenting with new AI tools to improve workflows and product design. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where rapid adaptation and continuous learning are essential for staying ahead of the technology curve.
